Lunnch Meeting 2017-09-04

Present: Henriette, Vera, Jerrold, Roel


Interactive stage will be installed somewhere else, we should contact Nimish about that


Protospace cleanup on Tuesday, 13.30

  • Cleanup of Robot arm space will be discussed with Sina
  • Should check space in basement


Roel will take notes for coming meetings

  • Should check old notes for previous meetings, if necessary


Meeting now weekly, perhaps Wednesday lunchmeeting

Vera will look up expenses for interactive system previous semester, will contact Teun


Brightspace, Roel will check how it works, what material is available.

Friday, 9:45 introduction:

  • All as usual, but henriette will be giving presentation
  • Master 4 students is in the afternoon


Students will be in groups again:

  • Henriette will discuss with students personally
  • They will make groups, deadline is when project starts, about 4 weeks in


For coming Lectures:

All social media account for Robotic Building, Roel will create

  • Logo is available, it’s good enough, but for now black and white
  • Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, FB, Gmail


Most important for now:

  • Wiki should be done by Friday (Vera)
  • Roel will take care of social media, continue with Lecture mails
  • Roel will send notes before next meeting, with to do list, Vera will make dedicated wiki page
