Meeting December 6th - Present: Vera, Sina, Henriette, Roel, Yu-Chou

Workshop:

• Workshop starts on tuesday, henriette joins wednesday, dani and benni on thursday, presentation is on friday 15th, they submit everything on monday 18th.

• Msc3 work toghether, topics to hack (optimisation etc.)

• Msc1 need access to 3D printer & laser cutter in Science Center

• Roel will ask Rosanne to book SC, thursday until monday morning, Vera will make sure that's possible first

• Thursday beamer for Benni and Dani

• Workshop description needs to be updated on wiki

• Schedule need to be updated

Moving/Science Center:

• We need to ask about science center for next semester as well, but wait until friday when the enrollment closes

• We need to prepare in case they renovate Proto, we need place for robot, maybe SC

• Vera will talk with Teun about this possibility

• We need to move out of the office upstairs as well - boxes will be brought to basement, not Proto

• Someone will come on 18th or 19th to bring some project to put on a table in Proto

Christmas drinks

• Friday 15th, partay!!

• We should prepare the usual, bring drinks, prepare music

• Budget: ca 100 euros

Things to buy also:

• We should buy 3d Printer material, Sina will send link to Vera.

• There is apparently no MSC3 budget code

• to buy: 3D printing material and also the Robot Arm Nozzle thingy.
