Meeting 17-01-2018

Present: Vera, Sina, Henriette, Yu-Chou, Roel

Next Semester:

• Basement, Robot arm?

• Schedule:

• Intro is March 21st, should we also do it before?

• We should plan that during lunch, 14th of February, 12:45, in the SC (!)

• That's when we need everything ready, schedule, wiki, name, etc.

• We meet the 7th, a week before, to make sure everything is ready

Contracts:

• Arwin's should be extended till april

• Roel should be replaced with Rosanne

Rest:

• Download old YouTube video's, add description, upload to new page.

• Upload publications to PURE, ask Marco

• 1.300 for Toolchangers, no price for grippers yet

• We need to explain why we need to have it, we need an email as well for Michel.

• Rest of students need to sign for the KUKA thing, safety regulations, collect and bind it.

• Meeting 2nd of February w/ Yu-Chou, PhD, 15:00, need to reserve room.

• Vera will aks if/when we get the new office space, we need a desk/cupboards, etc for everyone

• Gary's defence, pizza party! Need to reschedule though. We'll think about it.
